Train the Trainer - With Level 3 Award in Delivering Training (RQF)

This course draws on methods for training adults in a work environment (both classroom and practical) by expanding the instructor’s awareness of adult learning theory, training procedures and resources.

This course is designed to provide initial or recurrent training for new or experienced instructors, for those wishing to refresh their existing skills and learn the latest new delivery tips and techniques.

Successful delegates on this course will also receive a Level 3 Award in Delivering Training.
